There are a lot of reasons I am going to vote for Mike Huckabee for President. But this is by far the most compelling. This is the most brilliant campaign strategy I have ever seen in my entire life. It is now 100% impossible for Huckabee to lose.
I found a great excuse to post. Well, I guess I can’t really call it a post – it’s more like a few measly sentences leading you to click on this link. It’s pretty funny. I tend to really like the stuff that comes out of this dynamic young man’s brain. If the first link doesn’t work for you, click on this and scroll down to the Saturday, October 6, 9:53pm post.
I recently almost lost 1 million dollars in a bet on how you spell “dilemma”. The only thing that kept me from losing all that money is the fact that I technically do not have 1 million dollars. But it was still scary. It started when a group of us (my Prayer Room Team, to be exact – holla) were discussing some notes from a recent sermon. I commented that the word “dilemma” was spelled wrong and ha, ha, wasn’t that funny. Well! One of my astute team members, David, told me I was absolutely wrong. A team-wide argument ensued. Well, it’s 3:58am and I should be sleeping but my head is full and my stomach is empty and I just can’t. I’m sitting here thinking about how much I really enjoy writing posts. Well, I’m late but I’m going for it. Father’s Day was June 17th, but due to my Wordcast Fast, that day came and went with no virtual tribute. Today I want to honor my Pops with a belated acrostic. I LOVE YOU DAD! Continue Reading »
Yee-haw, it’s good to be back! Man, I feel like I was gone forever. 51 & 1/2 days to be exact. Did you miss me? I know some of you did, as evidenced by your whining - ahem – I mean, patient clamoring for more posts.
I have to warn you, I may be a bit rusty – you know how it is, trying to get back into the groove. I’m out of practice – who knows what I’ll be throwing at you the first week or so. You can’t say you weren’t warned. Continue Reading »
No, I’m not dead, no, Swedish gnomes did not kidnap me again, and no, I haven’t thrown in the towel on Wordcasting. Forgive me, dear faithful readers, for abandoning post (get it?) on ya lately…it’s been kinda whirlwindish lately in my little world. Thank you for missing me. It makes me feel loved.
